Witt & Sons Custom Carpentry goes to great lengths to ensure the highest levels of compliance and protections for our customers.
Will we need permits?
This can go either way depending on the nature of your project and regulations/requirements in your area. If a permit is required though we will work with you to get it completed in a timely fashion so your project is protected and can get completed.
How do I get HOA Approval?
Home Owners Associations often have very specific processes, requirements and even limitations that need to be followed for your project to be approved. If they are not followed, fines and/or penalties can ensue. A little bit of preparation in the beginning can elimanate tons of frustration in the process. We'll help you every step of the way.
What is your warranty?
Certain projects do carry a guarentee. Please discuss this concern with us directly and we will make sure to draw out the protections you have when preparing your specific project proposal.
How long will it take?
Every project is entirely unique and the timeframes will be the same. One thing we can promise you though is the accuracy of our projections when quoting the project. We understand the importance of time frames and when proposing your job you can count on us to be on the mark with our projections.
